Job Summary
The Warehouse Team Member will execute and support warehouse operations with emphasis on inventory accuracy, process adherence, and WMS/ERP utilization. Responsibilities include receiving, staging, labeling, inventory transactions, packing and shipping products, order picking from various sources, securing shipments, validating and processing incoming/outgoing parts, operating a belt slitting machine, loading/unloading pallets with standup forklift or pallet jacks, and cross-training across warehouse functions. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and proficient with basic computer software (Excel/Word). Preferred background in clerical/warehouse responsibilities and shipping knowledge. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a collaborative, safety-conscious environment.
Required Qualifications
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain a forklift license
- Literacy with ability to read and write clear forms
- Good communication skills
- Organized & thorough
