Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
Load and unload trucks containing rubber, gasket, hose, and industrial products; receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory; and accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Organize warehouse space with proper labeling, assist with routine inventory counts to resolve discrepancies, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks as required. Maintain a clean, safe environment by following all company safety guidelines and procedures while collaborating with drivers, customer service, and other staff. Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, drivers, customer service representatives, and other departments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate a forklift; certification is preferred, or the candidate must be willing to obtain certification.
- Must possess a clean driving record.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, particularly in an industrial distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working with rubber products, gaskets, hose, fittings, tools, and other industrial materials.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.
