Job Summary
Load and unload rental equipment from trucks according to invoice sheets, maintaining accurate records and verifying all items before departure. Transport heavy inventory including tables, chairs, lighting, and linens while adhering to strict safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA regulations. Utilize warehouse space efficiently, keep the workplace clean, and promptly notify supervisors of shortages or damages. Collaborate with the crew to ensure assignments are completed prior to departure and support other departments as required during busy seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs

- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods

- Must be able to treat all coworkers with respect
- Must be able to serve as a model example of work ethic, safety, and professionalism to coworkers
- Must be able to load and unload trucks according to the invoice sheet
- Must be able to utilize warehouse space efficiently and maintain a clean workplace
- Must be able to confirm and verify that all equipment has been loaded or unloaded from truck
- Must be able to work collaboratively with crew to ensure assignments are completed prior to departure
- Must be able to load trucks efficiently and safely, to prevent load shifts and damage to inventory
- Must be able to notify supervisor of any shortages or damages as they are found, and ensure all items are accurately documented on invoice sheets
- Must be able to ensure compliance with applicable OSHA, federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards while on duty, and if operating heavy equipment
- Must be able to perform other related duties as required
- Must be able to work overtime during the busy season
- Must be able to work when hours are reduced at times
- Must be able to support other departments such as Warehouse, Tent Maintenance, Dish room, or Laundry
