Job Summary
Manage the warehouse during the holiday season by getting crews loaded and out the door in the morning, handling outbound shipping including palletizing and freight drop-offs, and running errands for hardware and deliveries. Reset the facility after crews leave, pull and stage the next day's material, and ensure every truck is configured with two harnesses. Track inventory, file weekly counts, and process returns during takedown by sorting, counting, and re-shelving. Work independently Monday through Saturday from 6:00 to 7:00 AM, lifting 50 lbs repeatedly in non-climate controlled conditions. Available for the full season from September 2026 through February 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- 18 or older
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet for extended periods
- Available Monday through Saturday with a 6:00 to 7:00 AM start
- Comfortable in a warehouse that is not climate controlled
- Available for the full season, or for a shorter window with your dates committed up front
- On-site at the warehouse
Desired Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, distribution, or physical labor experience
- Comfortable working alone for long stretches
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Prior seasonal work, or a prior season with Brite
- Comfortable using a phone or tablet for schedules and inventory
- High school diploma or equivalent
