Job Summary
Process and load orders to complete shipments, preparing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area. Drive trucks or vans to designated sites for deliveries while maintaining vehicles through preventive maintenance and repairs. Enforce inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, and entering required information into reports. Keep shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat to preserve a safe, clean environment and comply with all shipping procedures and regulations. Requires a valid driver's license, DOT physical, and one year of forklift experience. Travel to multiple sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of Forklift experience
- Good organizational skills with the ability to plan, coordinate and record inventory intake
- Strong work ethic, leads by example and does what it takes to get the job done
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various other software programs for data entry
- Ability to communicate with clarity at the frequencies required by management and customers
- Ability to travel to multiple sites as required
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be 18 or older
- Able to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks assigned in a timely manner
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug test, and background check
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
- Forklift experience
- Valid CDL
