Job Summary
Loads, unloads, checks, and tallies tires to and from carrier trucks. Selects, packs, counts, marks, and palletizes customer orders into staging areas using the bin locator system. Operates order pickers and pallet jacks while ensuring safety guidelines are met during equipment use and restacking. Performs counting, tallying, and marking on inventory control documents, and participates in cycle and annual physical inventories. This role includes a schedule from 7am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday with pay based on experience, frequent overtime, and quarterly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the desire and ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to lift and/or move tires with or without mechanical assistance
- Frequent bending, twisting and lifting
- Must be willing, and have the ability to, to operate all warehouse related equipment
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience
- Good safety record (no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years)
- Valid driver's license - in good standing
- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to being on time
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift license is a plus
