Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for accurate receipt and storage of items, timely delivery and pulling materials per job sheets, inventory reconciliation, and safe, organized warehouse operations. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, delivering water heaters and tubs/showers as needed, completing paperwork, maintaining clean storage areas, and supporting operations with additional tasks as required. Must have high school diploma or GED, be able to communicate effectively, provide excellent customer service, perform intermediate math, prioritize and coordinate tasks, work independently, and demonstrate attention to detail and organization. On-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule at the Indianapolis facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Approved to drive RT Moore vehicles
- Clear, effective communications skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate mathematical abilities
- Aptitude for prioritizing and coordinating a variety of tasks
- Independent
- Disposition for accuracy, attention to detail, and organization
