Job Summary
Receive materials, load trucks for deliveries, and process inventory while maintaining organized storage and accurate labeling. Double-check all loads for accuracy and secure them according to DOT regulations. Pull orders for walk-in customers and provide superior customer service. Perform routine cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and assist with physical inventory counts to ensure documentation and reconciliation. Utilize inventory management systems to record movements and partner with leadership to resolve issues. Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety policies. Work Monday through Friday with overtime opportunities during the busy season.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to continually lift 50-100 lbs. of material throughout the day.
- Some lifting over 100 lbs. will be required.
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, through complete shift.
- Work Monday through Friday and opportunity for overtime during the busy season.
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift experience desired.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers (verbal and written)
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Adhering to all safety policies, including wearing safety harness and other required equipment.
- Previous inventory control, cycle counting, or inventory management experience preferred.
- Experience assisting with physical inventory counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Ability to accurately analyze inventory discrepancies and perform basic inventory reporting.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy.
