Job Summary
Warehouse Associate at Rexel USA in Phoenix, AZ. Responsible for accurately filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material per safety and productivity standards; maintain branch warehouse environment and equipment; operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine as required; process related paperwork and shipments, verify quantities against packing lists, and report any freight damage. May perform additional duties such as counter sales and customer support. Emphasis on safety, adherence to SOPs, and teamwork with a focus on efficient, accurate order fulfillment without deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- No experience required
- Prior warehouse experience a plus
- Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
- High School or GED - Preferred
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- General knowledge of electrical products a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers
- Ability to handle basic issues and problems
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations to accurately complete job tasks
- Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks and requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Basic computer knowledge
