Job Summary
Warehouse Associate at Rexel USA for the Mayer team in Montgomery, AL. Responsible for accurately filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping materials, and maintaining warehouse safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include verifying received materials against packing lists, stocking incoming orders, preparing branch orders, processing shipments and related paperwork, operating equipment such as forklift and reach truck, loading deliveries, performing routine equipment maintenance, conducting inventory counts, and assisting with other warehouse or branch duties. Requires adherence to safety rules, ability to follow SOPs, and capability to work in a team environment; shift is Monday to Friday, 7 am–4 pm with paid holidays and PTO.”,
Required Qualifications
- No experience required
- Prior warehouse experience a plus
- Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
- If required to make deliveries: Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record
- Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire
- Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
- Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- High School or GED - Preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (if required for deliveries)

- Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
