Job Summary
Warehouse Associate in Peru, IL responsible for picking/receiving, preparing orders for delivery or pickup, loading/packing/labeling, receiving stock, and operating forklift and RF scanners. Maintains safety and cleanliness, uses Warehouse Management System, trains teammates, and collaborates with supervisors. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:30–5:00; no weekend or holiday work. Required Qualifications
- basic warehouse experience
- familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- experience with RF scanning is a plus
- good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
- read and write in English related to job and safety requirements
- pass drug test and background check
- ability to operate forklift and use Warehouse Management System
- ability to use RF gun
- able to stand/walk for long periods
- physical ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs
- team-oriented and able to follow safety rules
