Job Summary
Intake returns from drivers and open all boxes to verify items are correct and sold by the company. Separate returns into "core," "defect," and "new" categories, then apply account number stickers to cores and defects. Redistribute new merchandise to other stores and enter each returned item into the computer system. Help the inside returns team create negative purchase orders and collaborate with salesmen and managers regarding customer return issues. Perform miscellaneous projects and other related duties as assigned while maintaining workplace safety and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
- Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment

- Great communication skills
- Time management skills
- Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh upto 100 lbs
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach
- Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/ or stairs) or balance
- May be subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes
- May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
- Able to work well under pressure
- Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors
- Must have an open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and over time
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred
- Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
