Job Summary
Conduct daily warehouse operations including receiving shipments, verifying quantities, and inspecting for damage. Accurately record and label items, organize them in designated storage, and retrieve materials for customer orders based on picking lists. Operate production equipment such as floor cutting machines, order pickers, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely to move and distribute products. Perform regular inventory counts, assist with replenishment, and maintain a clean environment by sweeping floors and clearing obstructions. Follow all safety protocols and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Valid driver's license required; background check contingent on offer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis
- Basic math and computer skills, including the ability to use inventory management software and handheld devices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as counting, labeling, and recording inventory
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
