Job Summary
Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in Springfield, MO. Responsibilities include processing, packaging and shipping orders, preparing order requests, organizing items to company standards, recording and maintaining inventory levels, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $16-$18 per hour, with a benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision, Life, Long Term Disability, 401K matching, and PTO. Must be able to operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment; strong communication and teamwork skills are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
- Quality control experience
- Ability to lift or move heavy products
- Great attendance record
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
