Job Summary
Unload trucks, inspect inbound pharmaceutical shipments for damage and shortages, and verify product details against packing slips using the Manhattan Warehouse Management System. Operate forklifts and RF technology to put-away inventory, process returns per company policy, and maintain FDA and DEA regulatory compliance. Perform cycle counts, collaborate with quality teams on discrepancies, and execute dock housekeeping and waste disposal coordination. This 1st shift role (6:00am–2:30pm) requires MHE certification and 1–3 years of distribution experience.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- 1-3 Years of Distribution Experience
- WMS (Manhattan) experience
- Experience with RF technology
- MHE Material Handling Equipment certification
- Ability to work OT and weekends when needed
- Familiarity with DEA, DSCSA, and cGMP compliance
- 1st shift position with the hours of 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 40 pounds
