Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and verify classified and unclassified material while accurately storing items in designated secure locations. Pick, stage, and prepare shipments using approved packaging, then transport materials using company vehicles in compliance with CDL and DOT regulations. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and yard trucks to move goods safely. Perform inventory transactions in the Warehouse Management System, conduct cycle counts, and support physical inventory in secure areas. Maintain strict adherence to security, government compliance, and hazardous material handling requirements while ensuring all material is safeguarded. Report any security discrepancies immediately and support audits and inspections. This role requires a U.S. citizen eligible for a security clearance and involves a 4/10 work schedule in Camden, Arkansas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three months or more related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to drive a forklift, order picker, reach truck and yard truck
- Must be well organized
- Must be fast paced
- Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently throughout the day
- Must be willing to handle hazardous materials
- Must be a team player
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, opening and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Knowledge of warehouse operations within a secure or regulated environment
- Understanding chain of custody and controlled material handling procedure
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions, SOPs and security protocols
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Basic computer skills for inventory system and documentation
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as a part of a trusted team
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Experience in a government contracting environment with DoD and non-DoD customers
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
