Job Summary
Receive, empty, and sort containers filled with food scraps, then clean all items by soaping, washing, and rinsing them before returning them to customers. Prepare finished compost (soil) for delivery and maintain a tidy work environment while cleaning work vehicles. This role operates Monday through Friday, 7 am - 3 pm, with weekly pay starting at $17/hr. You will work in a physically active environment outdoors in all elements, handling food scraps, bugs, and decomposition. Team members must adapt to operational updates as we test new services like scaled composting programs and specialty recycling initiatives.
