Job Summary
Conduct daily warehouse operations including truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining general organization. Accurately assemble and load products on delivery trucks while ensuring compliance with procedures and conducting regular safety checks on equipment. Accept, verify, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries and shipments, then report and return defective items from previous deliveries. Maintain an accurate running inventory and utilize a Warehouse Management System (SAP EVM). Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment, including lifting, bending, and carrying items up to 50 lbs, with proficiency in forklifts and pallet jacks. Work Monday, Thursday, and Friday shifts starting at 7am, with 20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Utilizing a Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM)
- Proficient in various physical activities such as lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling (maximum of 50 lbs./25kg)
- Possess or able to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment
- Willingness to take on other related duties as assigned
- Following schedules and instructions from the Foreman or Supervisor for efficient operations
- Willingness to be flexible with schedules based on customer demands
- Having a general understanding of warehouse operations and practices
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably, have experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks
