Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and organize materials, tools, and equipment delivered to job sites. Transport supplies between storage areas and job sites using company vehicles. Track and maintain inventory of job site supplies to ensure materials are available when needed. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards by regularly clearing debris and unused materials. Provide general support to site teams, including setting up workstations and assisting with job site preparations. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times. Maintain accurate records of material deliveries, usage, and returns to ensure proper inventory control.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in material handling, logistics, or a similar role in a construction or industrial environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate company vehicles, including pick-up trucks and small utility trailers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and overtime as needed
- Moderate noise
- Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions
- Work at heights or around airborne particles and electrical components
- Physical activities including standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Use of hands, arms, and voice communication
- Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
- Close vision
- Distance vision
- Ability to adjust focus

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a job site environment with familiarity in handling construction materials
- Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or software
- Dependable, punctual, and proactive in identifying and addressing material needs on site
