Job Summary
Utilize advanced Warehouse Management Systems to process receiving, shipping, and labeling of products while executing quality control with AI-driven defect detection. Operate modern equipment including automated guided vehicles, forklifts, and reach trucks to manage small parcel, LTL, and fleet deliveries using route optimization software. Maintain inventory accuracy through real-time tracking and IoT devices, implement 5S principles for workspace organization, and conduct comprehensive safety checks using digital inspection tools. Perform preventive maintenance with predictive analytics and adhere to ergonomic best practices and OSHA certifications. Work irregular hours, on-call status, and shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a modern warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of warehouse experience with exposure to modern warehouse technologies
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating warehouse equipment and safety protocols
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform warehouse tasks following ergonomic guidelines
- Experience with modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software
- Proficiency in using RF scanners, barcode systems, and RFID technology
- Basic understanding of automation and robotics in warehouse operations
- Competency in Microsoft Office and warehouse-specific software applications
- Updated OSHA certifications
- Maintain hazard communication (HazCom) compliance
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
