Job Summary
Execute flawless order processing, picking, packing, and shipping for wallcoverings and CFA sample orders while maintaining speed and accuracy against internal and client-facing Service Level Agreements. Handle incoming inventory with precision, deliver product orders matching the luxury standard, and uphold quality through well-defined protocols. Be a proactive voice in the fulfillment process by collaborating to advocate for smarter workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce friction. Report to the Warehouse Manager at the Fairfield, NJ location during Monday through Friday shifts from 10:30am to 7:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in English (speaking and reading)
- General computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting 50–100 pounds
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
