Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for filling orders from fulfillment center stock using wave pick lists, pulling items by number/size/color/quantity, and verifying items against invoices. Duties include operating scanners, verifying item quantities and expiration dates, packing with correct materials and labels, creating shipping papers for hazardous materials as needed, and managing manifests for both manual and auto-manifested packages. The role processes current or new client orders to achieve customer satisfaction, supports safe and efficient warehouse operations, and may require forklift training. Ability to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and comply with safety and regulatory guidelines is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, write and count
- Comprehensive problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and productivity goals
- Experience with warehouse equipment/machinery is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and team lift up to 100 pounds
- Experience with MS Office and inventory management software
