Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate role focuses on accurate, efficient order fulfillment and safe warehouse operations. Responsibilities include filling orders from stock using wave picks, verifying items against invoices, packing with correct materials and labels, generating shipping papers for hazardous materials when needed, expediting orders requiring special handling, and processing orders to achieve client satisfaction. The position emphasizes accurate picking, checking quantities and expiration dates, proper packing with appropriate packaging materials, adherence to safety guidelines, and supporting inventory accuracy through scanning and validation. The role requires handling hazardous materials per regulations, operating/familiarity with forklifts, and meeting KPIs and performance targets. Working conditions include heavy lifting (up to 55 pounds, team lifts to 100 pounds), frequent physical activity, and no required local travel.
