Job Summary
Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips. Assemble products and kits according to standard specifications. Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tools and keep the warehouse organized and stocked. Work on-site in the Skokie, IL facility, lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for the duration of the shift. This part-time role supports the day-to-day flow of inventory for Pinch, a concierge aesthetics technology startup that brings licensed providers directly to clients for in-home treatments.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Comfort using web-based tools and digital inventory systems
- Ability to follow written standard operating procedures
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift
- Read and write English fluently
- Willing to work on-site in our Skokie, IL facility
Desired Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment, pharmacy, or medical supply experience
- Familiarity with inventory management or Kanban systems
- Experience handling medications, medical devices, or other regulated supplies
