Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling, storing, and distributing automotive glass products while ensuring a safe work environment. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting shipments, accurately picking and packing orders, operating warehouse equipment, conducting quality checks, maintaining inventory records, and following safety procedures. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to lift heavy items. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 pounds regularly
- Commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow established procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience, especially handling fragile materials
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn how to use forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipping/receiving documentation
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
