Job Summary
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to move pallets and materials within a warehouse. Perform physically demanding tasks including repetitive lifting and standing, assist with 5S and cleaning standards, and participate in safety and continuous improvement efforts. Prepare and stage containers, load/unload pallets from racks and trailers, and work with voice-directed picking equipment to meet daily productivity goals. Maintain a clean work area, communicate effectively with team members, and support operations in a dynamic automotive/distribution environment. Prior PIV/forklift experience and High School Diploma or GED are preferred; relocation not offered for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods, repetitive lifting up to 75 pounds
- Ability to operate forklift, reach truck, and order picker (PIV experience)
- Comfort with working with machinery and following standardized procedures
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Team-oriented and able to meet productivity goals
