Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, packing, and shipping merchandise; log and scan POs, review packing slips, and verify items against POs; count inventory using scales and hand counts; manage discrepancies and inbound BOL/SDS; identify lot numbers and container IDs; follow labeling and Dynatech packing standards; operate packing equipment (banding machines, scales, wrappers, cutters, saws, drills); properly pack ESD materials; identify ECCN for international orders; use the Dynatech system to create shipments and generate documents; ship via FedEx/UPS and other freight services including non-regulated HAZMAT and limited quantity; execute drop shipments; on-site role in Palm Bay, FL; basic HazMat awareness and adherence to safety procedures; strong emphasis on accuracy, organization, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for inventory counting and order verification
- Basic computer skills for warehouse management systems and related software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team player who is reliable and eager to learn
