Job Summary
Accurately read and interpret orders to pick, check, and ship tires using stock/cherry pickers and high-reach trucks. Sort and organize inventory on racks or bins per procedures, verify orders for accuracy and completeness, and assist with counts and audits. Operate RF scanners for inventory and order management while following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace. Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations. This role reports directly to the facility supervisor/manager within Priority Tire's growing e-commerce and wholesale tire distribution network.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to cross-train and take on new tasks as needed
- Reliable and maintains consistent, dependable attendance
- Regularly required to lift, push, or carry items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl as part of daily tasks
- Standing and walking for extended periods are necessary throughout the shift
- Requires frequent use of hand and finger dexterity for handling and operating tools and equipment
- Must be available for Mon-Fri (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM/or until completion of work) shifts
- Must be available for Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM/or until completion of work) shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Warehouse experience: 1-3 years (Preferred)
- Cherry Picker operation: 2 years (Preferred)
- Reach Truck operation: 2 years (Preferred)
