Job Summary
Accurately read and interpret orders to pick, check, and ship tires using stock/cherry pickers, high-reach trucks, and RF scanners. Sort and organize inventory on racks or bins per procedures while verifying orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality. Assist with inventory counts and audits, maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering to all safety protocols. Perform additional tasks as needed to support receiving, shipping, and fulfillment operations. This role offers cross-training opportunities in receiving, inventory, and shipping within a leading e-commerce tire distributor known for rapid expansion and exceptional customer value.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to cross-train and take on new tasks as needed
- Reliable and maintains consistent, dependable attendance
- Regularly required to lift, push, or carry items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl as part of daily tasks
- Standing and walking for extended periods are necessary throughout the shift
- Requires frequent use of hand and finger dexterity for handling and operating tools and equipment
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for four-day/ten-hour shifts
- Must be available for five-day/eight-hour shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Warehouse experience: 1-3 years (Preferred)
- Cherry Picker operation: 2 years (Preferred)
- Reach Truck operation: 2 years (Preferred)
