Job Summary
Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes, then load trucks for deliveries while maintaining safety protocols and adhering to site management directives. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to stay on your feet and lift items averaging 50lbs, occasionally up to 75lbs, across varying seasonal temperatures. Shifts run Monday through Friday and Sunday from 4:30 AM to 8:00 AM, with hours subject to business needs. This role supports OnTrac's final-mile delivery operations, emphasizing teamwork and a clean, safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stay on your feet while working
- Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written)
- Monday through Friday 4:30 AM to 8:00 AM
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday 4:30 AM to 8:00 AM
