Job Summary
Warehouse Associate at OnTrac responsible for unloading trailers and sorting packages by zip codes, and loading trucks for deliveries. Must be able to stay on your feet, work in varying warehouse temperatures, lift 50–75 lbs, and have basic English proficiency. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and accurate handling of packages in a fast-paced warehouse. Shifts run Friday through Monday from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM or end of sort, with benefits including 401(k) with match, referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and overtime/premium pay on certain holidays. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written)
- Ability to stay on your feet
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs
- Ability to work in heat and cold in warehouse
- Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
- Load trucks for deliveries
- Team player mindset and ability to work collaboratively
- Attention to safety protocols and adherence to site management directions
