Job Summary
Warehouse Associate to support receiving, fulfillment, quality control, shipping (UPS/FedEx & Freight), and occasional deliveries. Responsibilities include unloading inbound trucks, loading delivery trucks, inventory maintenance, and warehouse maintenance, with familiarity of warehouse processes/flows. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, plus reliable transportation and willingness to work extended hours. Preferred qualifications include bilingual English/Spanish, forklift experience/certification, and prior experience in construction/safety supply. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
- Strong experience working as a warehouseman
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and documentation
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work extended hours as needed
- Demonstrated customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Effective team player with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels, supervisors, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Able to lift & carry items up to 50 lbs. On occasion 65lbs+
