Job Summary
Warehouse Associate under direct supervision supports the customer order journey by producing customized eyeglass wear, shipping, receiving, tracing, and staging of all customer frame and lens orders; monitors and maintains accurate inventory receiving, fulfillment, and ordering of frames; performs inventory cycle counts and keeps SKU tags and bin locations accurate; cross-trains as needed to meet objectives; maintains steady workflow to align with store delivery commitments; notifies leadership of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, or incorrect lenses; uses the proprietary inventory system and aims for accurate order fulfillment and fulfillment KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a lab or warehouse environment preferred
- Proficiency in inventory systems preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- MS Word, Google Docs proficiency
