Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for supporting the customer order journey by producing customized eyeglass wear, shipping, receiving, tracing, and staging of all customer frame and lens orders. Maintains inventory receiving, fulfillment, and ordering of frames, frame shipment quality control and SKU counts; performs inventory cycle counts; utilizes a proprietary computer system; and cross-trains as needed to meet company objectives. Requires accuracy in tagging and inventory management, the ability to lift heavy objects, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Proficiency with MS Word/Google Docs and strong attention to inventory KPIs plus flexibility to move throughout functions as work demands change.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
