Job Summary
Support the customer order journey by producing customized eyeglass wear, shipping, receiving, tracing, and staging of all customer frame and lens orders under the Warehouse Manager. Maintain accurate inventory receiving, fulfillment, and ordering of frames; perform inventory cycle counts; tag new frames with SKU labels; manage bin locations in the proprietary system; and provide cross-training as needed to meet company objectives. Maintain steady workflow aligned with delivery commitments to stores; report equipment malfunctions or order discrepancies; obtain job orders from the sales team and ensure clarity of requests; and demonstrate a team-oriented, fast-paced, detail-focused approach to inventory control and order fulfillment in a retail optical environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy objects
