Warehouse Associate

Under direct supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Associate supports the customer order journey by producing customized eyeglass wear, shipping, receiving, tracing, and staging of all customer frame and lens orders. Maintains accurate inventory receiving, fulfillment, and ordering of frames and frame SKUs; performs inventory cycle counts and quality control; cross-trains as needed to meet company objectives. Responsibilities include maintaining workflow to align with store delivery commitments, notifying leadership of equipment malfunctions or order issues, obtaining and clarifying job orders from the sales team, printing and tagging inventory SKUs, and ensuring accurate inventory location tracking. Requires ability to lift heavy objects, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively as a team member. Proficiency with MS Word/Google Docs and inventory systems is preferred; experience with a proprietary computer system and handling 250 frames daily is noted. The role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, flexibility, and adherence to company values in a retail optics environment.
