Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, support the customer order journey by producing customized eyeglass wear, shipping, receiving, tracing, and staging of all customer frame and lens orders; monitor and maintain inventory receiving, fulfillment, and ordering of frames, frame shipment quality control and SKU count accuracy; cross-train as needed to meet company objectives. Maintain steady workflow to meet delivery time commitments to stores; notify leadership of equipment malfunctions and order issues; obtain job orders from sales and clarify requests for accuracy; print inventory SKU tags and tag new frames; perform inventory cycle counts; support inventory order fulfillment, receiving, and ordering through the proprietary system; maintain accurate system bin locations for frames; be flexible to move throughout functions as needed; understand and track inventory KPIs; replenish 250 frames daily; perform related duties as directed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a lab or warehouse environment preferred
- Proficiency in inventory systems preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Results driven individual
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
