Job Summary
Nightshift Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and inventory management to support daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include pulling and processing customer orders for delivery and shipping, loading/unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks or forklifts) after training, participating in audits and cycle counts, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, communicating effectively with team members, and adhering to safety/compliance protocols. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, and overtime as needed. Entry-level candidates are welcome; forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred; entry level candidates welcome
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, pickers, scrubbers)
- Basic computer skills for warehouse management systems and data entry
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overtime as needed
