Job Summary
Stock, restock, pick, and pack customer orders, then outbound ship them. Cycle count daily, research discrepancies, and use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution. Verify received items against documents, note reports, and flag any damages. Maintain a clean work area to prevent injuries and keep pharmaceutical products safe. Perform repetitive manual tasks, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk up to 8 miles per shift. Work Sunday through Thursday shifts (2 PM to finish or 4 PM to finish), with overtime mandatory to enable real-time delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work in climate-controlled facility
- Able to read and understand the English language
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards
- Motivated, hard-working and dependable
- Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime
- Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Some Warehouse or Distribution experience (1 year or less)
- Able to work with RF scanning equipment
