Job Summary
Warehouse Associate Nights at Cencora responsible for receiving, picking and staging customer orders, packing and shipping, inventory control, and related data entry. Duties include verifying merchandise against records, stocking shelves, using RF devices for picking/packing, assembling orders, managing returns, conducting daily inventory counts, and assisting with inventory procedures. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk long hours, read English, work the 6:00pm–4:30am night shift, and tolerate overtime; experience with RF scanning equipment and forklifts is a plus. Company offers sign-on bonus up to $2,000, competitive pay up to $24.49/hr, and a comprehensive benefits package in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Able to stand for long periods and walk considerable distances
- Ability to read and understand English
- Able to work the night shift (6:00pm to 4:30am)
- Able to work overtime as required
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Attention to detail and dependable attendance
