Job Summary
Warehouse Associate - Night Shift responsible for unloading inbound containers, reading and applying picking labels, and moving product to inventory and staging areas using RF devices and WMS. Conducts receiving/labeling, ensures accuracy of outbound orders, participates in inventory counts, maintains safe/clean work environment, and adheres to safety policies. Requires ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment; must read labels, follow RF/voice-picking instructions, and meet productivity/quality standards. Shift is 4:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m. Monday–Thursday with overtime; requires effective communication, the ability to work extended hours and holidays, and willingness to obtain forklift certification within 6 months. Experience with RF devices, hand-held technology, and warehouse automation is a plus, as is familiarity with WMS and inventory processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months of hire; Certified forklift operator preferred
