Job Summary
Warehouse Team Member responsible for supporting and overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient coordination of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory records, coordinating movement, storage, and shipment of products, executing daily production and shipping plans, optimizing storage space, verifying inventory for outgoing shipments, identifying slow-moving inventory, operating forklifts, repacking/restacking pallets, completing documentation, communicating with 3PLs, and handling item inquiries in the P21 system. Strong verbal/written communication, organizational skills, product-code familiarity, knowledge of warehouse policies, analytical thinking, and physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds are required. New Hire Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 60 days, $1,000 after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of warehouse experience, including forklift operation
