Job Summary
Coordinate warehouse inventory and maintain databases while directing forklift drivers to store goods in identified areas. Schedule product movement for storage and shipment, implement daily production and shipping plans, and modify storage space assignments to manage finished product flow. Verify inventory records to confirm shipment availability, identify slow-moving products for removal, and manually handle, repack, or restack pallets as needed. Document all related activities and complete forms and reports. Requires a valid state motor vehicle operator's license, two years of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state motor vehicle operator's license for forklift truck
- At least two years of work experience in a warehouse
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Ability to move around the warehouse

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
