Warehouse Associate

Under direct supervision, perform all shipping and receiving activities for the Branch location. Determine which items need to be picked, checked, and shipped from sales orders, then pull and recheck them to ensure accuracy. Prepare items for delivery, secure packages to prevent damage, and process customer returns to the Distribution Center, Fulfillment Center, or supplier. Sort and place materials on racks according to established MINO code organization. Report any damaged or non-compliant inventory immediately to the supervisor and maintain a clean, safe working environment. May deliver items to customers, obtain signatures, operate forklift equipment, or process counter sales and invoices. Requires a valid driver's license and good driving record; forklift certification may be needed.
