Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, stocking, repackaging, and shipping duties. Core daily activities include receiving and stocking product, loading/unloading trucks, forklift operation, palletizing, inventory accuracy, updating packing and load documents, and maintaining clean, safe warehouse conditions. The role requires basic math, ability to read instructions and road maps, and adherence to safety procedures; candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule including occasional weekends. The position includes collaboration with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate records.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Ability to perform basic math
- Valid driver's license may be required; CDL is a plus
- Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
- Ability to read and interpret general business documents
- Experience with ERP is desirable
- Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks (lift up to 50-75 pounds) and stand/walk for extended periods
