Job Summary
Unload and unpack incoming used medical devices, inspecting them for damage and documenting conditions accurately. Record device details, including serial numbers and model numbers, into the inventory management system while maintaining organized storage and labeling. Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders, and support cleaning, testing, and refurbishing of equipment as required. Monitor stock levels, rotate inventory, and coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely disposition and shipment. Participate in regular physical inventory counts and audits. Adhere to all safety standards and procedures throughout the warehouse. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Pay is $20-22/hour. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Physical fitness for lifting and moving items
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Occasional lifting of items up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently
- Ability to handle small tools and equipment for testing and packaging
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other electronic devices
- Ability to push and pull carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Ability to use ladders or step stools to access high shelves
- Good vision for reading labels, scanning barcodes, and inspecting items
- Ability to hear and respond to safety signals and instructions
