Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials, tools, and equipment. Stage and prepare materials for specific jobs or projects based on schedules and work orders. Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels. Load, unload, and stage materials for delivery or pickup. Ensure materials are labeled, organized, and stored properly. Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery. Deliver material to job site. Operate warehouse equipment safely. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies in materials. Assist in general warehouse duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and walking
- Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on warehouse or job site conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs regularly)
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention detail
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and handheld devices for inventory tracking
- High school Diploma or GED
