Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials, tools, and equipment. Stage and prepare materials for specific jobs or projects based on schedules and work orders. Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and ensure items are labeled and stored properly. Load, unload, and stage materials for delivery or pickup, delivering to job sites when required. Operate warehouse equipment safely while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies in materials and assist with general warehouse duties. Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery. Valid driver's license required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and walking
- Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on warehouse or job site conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs regularly)
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention detail
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and handheld devices for inventory tracking
- High school Diploma or GED
