Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced production and distribution environment. Key duties include receiving, inspecting, organizing, and storing incoming inventory; verifying outgoing shipments; monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock management; maintaining accurate inventory records and warehouse tracking systems; ensuring warehouse organization, safety, and procedural compliance; providing coverage for team members and coordinating with internal departments. Requires hands-on, detail-oriented approach, ability to multitask, and proficiency with warehouse processes and equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers). Required Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production environment preferred
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or order pickers preferred
- Basic math and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Follow OSHA and workplace safety guidelines
