Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate performs general duties within a warehouse distribution environment, including shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory tasks, loading/unloading deliveries, and related responsibilities. May assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and documentation of transactions in the business system. Requires lifting and moving products up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75+ pounds occasionally, plus bending and kneeling as needed. Forklift operation with proper training and certification is required. Adheres to safety policies, maintains clean work areas, and follows established procedures and instructions. Strong initiative and basic PC skills are valuable for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year work experience, warehousing experience preferred
- Basic PC skills with MS Office Products preferred
- Operate computer terminal and other computer related equipment relevant to job duties
- Operate forklift with proper training and certification
